Areas for improvement?

Reynolds needs to get better at the plate. Plain and simple. Quite honestly, I look at Reynolds and can’t see anything more than a career minor leaguer. I don’t say this to be intentionally harsh. His numbers will never lie. And it seems that despite the success he has in Las Vegas, every time he’s made a major league appearance, it’s never translated.

I would say if he does have serious plans to improve over the next few years, a drastic change needs to be made. Whether it be the way he swings the bat or his discipline at the plate in general. At least if his OBP was higher than his average I could make a better case for him. But even that rests at .326.
