Mets 2017 Season in Review: T.J. Rivera
By Christina Cola

Area for improvement?
Again, the Mets infield is going to be a massive question mark going into 2018. So if there’s one thing Rivera should look to improve on it’s his defensive play. As of right now, the Mets don’t seem to have anything in the works for a second baseman. So if Rivera can put on a defensive show in spring training, it would be fun to see if he could win that starting role. If not, it’s likely we could see a Flores/Rivera platoon situation at second.
