After winning four of the last five season meeting Mets finally seem to be starting to dominate the Marlins.

We’ve already looked at how the Mets may fare against the Philadelphia Phillies and the Atlanta Braves this upcoming season. Now, let’s take a look at the fish.

New York went 12-7 against Miami last year. It was the first time since 2012 the team notched 12 or more wins against the rival Marlins. It also was the first time in five years that the Mets most regular season wins came from the Marlins.

Miami has pretty much the same offense returning in 2017 featuring four players who hit over .290 helping the team finish fourth in the Majors in batting average.
