According to the Mets, Curtis Granderson will not be in the lineup on Thursday due to an issue with his left calf.

Granderson may be available to pinch hit, but would need someone to run for him in the event he reaches base.
Per Mets manager Terry Collins, Granderson felt the calf tighten up during Wednesday night’s game.
In Granderson’s stead, Andrew Brown was placed in the starting lineup.
Granderson’s calf issue doesn’t seem serious – especially when you consider the fact that he’s available to pinch hit.
However, any injury can either worsen or turn into a nagging issue, so the Mets will likely err on the side of extra rest with Granderson.
