Overall, deGrom allowed one run on six hits, walked one, and struck out five. He threw 96 pitches (58 for strikes). His ERA stands at 1.89.

The only run deGrom surrendered came on a double in the sixth inning.

Earlier this week, Mets VP Paul DePodesta said that deGrom and Rafael Montero will soon start to get some exposure in the bullpen for Triple-A – which may pave the way for both of them to debut in the big league bullpen in a month or so.

Also notable Thursday night for Las Vegas:

Andrew Brown, Zach Lutz, and Taylor Teagarden all homered.
