Rising Apple Report – Tonight at 6:30PM EST

Lucky Number 13 arrives as The Rising Apple Report gears up for its last Spring Training Episode of the season. I will host as Staff Writer Danny Abriano joins me giving his thoughts on all things Orange and Blue.
With the 2013 Spring Training season in its swan song, the starting pitching depth the Mets appeared to have is dwindling by the day. Even before Jeremy Hefner took a ball off his elbow in yesterday’s game, Mike Puma of the New York Post quoted an anonymous player who thinks it’s “ridiculous” the Mets are keeping Wheeler down because of the arbitration clock. That quote started an online new-media upheaval to get Zack Wheeler to Queens immediately. Danny Abriano vehemently disagrees, and he’ll certainly discuss why.
We will also be joined by Andres Salgado of Fansided‘s Marlin Maniac to discuss how the 25-man roster is shaping up for the completely-turned-over Miami baseball team. He will discuss who he thinks his sleeper pick to watch out for is and give us his take on where the Giancarlo Stanton situation is heading.
And with the Mets taking on the Astros at 6:00PM tonight, we will check in on the tune-up of a spring game.
So join us at 6:30PM EST for the latest edition of the Rising Apple Report!
