Mets Get Rocked by Red Sox, Bay Goes 0-2

Yesterday, The Mets went into the game with the news on Jose Reyes, and Jason Bay having to play his former teammates again. The Mets  unfortunately get rocked by the Red Sox 8-2. The Mets only runs came on a back-to-back home run by Jason Pridie and Mike Jacobs. Jason Bay went 0-2.

Mike Pelfrey got hit hard with 4 runs and 3 hits. Pedro Feliciano was the only Met pitcher to get a scoreless inning out of the bullpen. Pelfrey’s pitching conterpart John Lackey had three shutout innings.  According to’s Matt Cerrone, Mike Pelfrey said he feel GREAT!
