Nolan Ryan bobblehead day on May 10th? Where is the accompanying Jim Fregosi bobblehead day?

Do we really now reduce ourselves to bobbleheads of pitchers who were 29-38 for us?

And to have an extra promotion on Opening Day? What losers.
