Rising Apple Report, Ep. 44 - Game 6, Jeff Wilpon & More Offseason Spec; Live at 6:30PM ET

The Rising Apple Report has reached its 44th episode, arriving while the overall MLB season wraps itself up! I will host, with Dan Haefeli joining me for the latest half-hour of piping hot Metsian talk.

The Red Sox have lost World Series games for the first time since Game 7 of 1986, and because of that, they have set themselves up to potentially clinch at Fenway Park for the first time since 1918. We’ll discuss that fact, and briefly recap the series so far.

He speaks! Jeff Wilpon opened his mouth at a Hurricane Sandy event about the roster, and #MetsTwitter and #LOLMets had a field day, even though nothing he said was that far off from the truth. We’ll discuss his way with words, and whether or not Mets fans should really be flipping out regarding them.

And with rumors that the Angels’ Peter Bourjos and Mark Trumbo may be available, we’ll continue to speculate on how the Mets should approach this offseason.

So, join us at 6:30PM ET for the latest edition of the Rising Apple Report!
