Game 2 Recap: Mets Down Dodgers, 4-2; Lead Seres 2-0

The Mets won the second game of the series against the Dodgers, 4-2. Dillon Gee was a last-minute replacement for Chris Young, who felt some stiffness in his back. Gee pitched 5.3 innings of seven-hit, two earned-run baseball, giving up three walks, and striking out three batters. Jason Pridie was perfect at the plate, going 3-3, but Justin Turner’s pinch-hit two-RBI single was the defining moment.
