Wow. The Twitterverse is blowing up!!!!! Cliff Lee has turned down $150 million from the Yankees and is headed back to Philadelphia according to numerous sources (Joh Heyman, Joel Sherman, etc….). The only Mets-related phrase that comes to my head at this point…..Thank God there is a Wild Card. Roy Halladay/Cliff Lee/Roy Oswalt/Cole Hamels. Good Lord! I am thinking Mike Pelfrey/Jon Niese/R.A. Dickey/Dillon Gee doesn’t quite stack up.
