How could anyone feel sorry for a bunch of real estate moguls who were so rich they could afford to own one of the most valuable franchises in sports. Whose team salary is one of the highest in baseball and yet were so willing to give their money to a charlatan who promised to make them richer. Pulease. they should sell the mets immediately and do us fans a favor. I suspect the only one who really feels sorry for them ( outside of the family and sycophants who feed off of them) is Bud 'the skank' Selig. That was a truly harsh post. Sorry if i offended anyone.
